Praveena is an MBA graduate, entrepreneur, educator, artist and professional Rubik’s Cube trainer whose journey reflects resilience, reinvention and a deep commitment to empowering others. Born and raised in Andhra Pradesh and based in Bengaluru for over 15 years, she began her career as an Immigration Consultant, helping more than 50 students pursue higher education abroad. The experience strengthened her communication, client-management and problem-solving abilities.

After marriage, Praveena chose not to view a career break as a setback. Instead, she transformed it into an opportunity to build anew. She launched a home-based online business and later became the Bengaluru distributor for Tanvi Naturals, promoting chemical-free, homemade personal-care products.

The COVID-19 pandemic brought another defining chapter. What began as an interest in Rubik’s Cube evolved into a profession. Today, she is a professional trainer who has trained more than 600 students globally. She also holds the distinction of being the 18th woman in India to secure a National Record in 3×3 Blindfold Rubik’s Cube solving. Able to solve more than 60 types of twisty puzzles, she contributes to Speedcubing India through competitions and workshops that nurture memory, concentration, logical thinking and problem-solving among children.

Her journey extends beyond cubing. Praveena teaches acrylic, watercolour, glass and m

andala art, while also pursuing saree pre-pleating, draping and professional makeup artistry, offering both services and training.

Her association with Women Professional Connect broadened her leadership, confidence and professional network, inspiring her to help more women discover their potential.

As a mother of two, Praveena sees every challenge as an opportunity to grow. Her vision is to help women become financially independent and confident through mentoring, networking and skill-based training. For her, success is not simply personal achievement, but the ability to turn knowledge into opportunity and opportunity into empowerment.
