Toyota Kirloskar Motor Strengthens Maharashtra Presence with New Chhatrapati Sambhaji Nagar Office
Chhatrapati Sambhaji Nagar, 04 July 2025 – Toyota Kirloskar Motor (TKM) marked a significant step in its Maharashtra expansion strategy with the inauguration of its new city office in Chhatrapati Sambhaji Nagar (CSN). The move underscores TKM’s commitment to bolstering India’s automotive sector while fostering regional economic growth, sustainability, and employment opportunities.
The new 7,000 sq. ft. office, located at ABC East near Prozone Mall, Chikalthana, will serve as a strategic hub for TKM’s operations in Maharashtra. This development follows the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) signed between the company and the Government of Maharashtra in July 2024, which laid the groundwork for a proposed Greenfield manufacturing facility in the region.
A Strategic Step Towards Regional Growth
The inauguration ceremony was led by Mr. Masakazu Yoshimura, Chairman, Managing Director & CEO of TKM, and Mr. Swapnesh Maru, Deputy Managing Director (Corporate Planning & Green Field Project). The new office is expected to enhance TKM’s engagement with local stakeholders, including government bodies, industry partners, and educational institutions.
Speaking at the event, Mr. Swapnesh Maru said, *“The new office in Chhatrapati Sambhaji Nagar will enable a localized approach, strengthening our market presence and stakeholder collaboration.
