The Incredible Chef Challenge 2025 Set to Showcase India’s Top Culinary Talent
Prestigious Competition to Spotlight Innovation and Skill at World of Hospitality Expo
Bengaluru, June 9, 2025 – India’s most prestigious culinary competition, The Incredible Chef Challenge (ICC) 2025, is set to take center stage at the World of Hospitality Expo (WOHXpo) from June 12–14 at Tripura Vasini, Palace Grounds, Bengaluru. Organized by World of Hospitality in association with the South India Chefs Association (SICA), the event promises to be a grand celebration of culinary artistry, bringing together over 100 handpicked chefs from across the country.
The three-day challenge will feature intense competitions across multiple categories, including Live Cooking, Food Carving, Cake Decoration, Plated Desserts, and more. Participants will be judged on creativity, technique, hygiene, and presentation by a panel of industry legends, offering a platform for both emerging and professional chefs to showcase their skills.
A Jury of Culinary Icons to Elevate the Competition
Leading the judging panel is Padma Shri Chef K. Damodaran, President of SICA and one of India’s most celebrated culinary masters.
