Grand Celebrations Mark 33rd Foundation Day of All India Milli Council in Bengaluru

Event focuses on justice delivery and constitutional rights of minorities

Bengaluru — The All India Milli Council (AIMC) marked its 33rd Foundation Day on Saturday with a large gathering of scholars, legal experts, community leaders and public representatives at Devraj Urs Bhavan, Vasanthnagar. The central theme of the event, “Justice Delivery by the Courts and Constitutional Rights of Minorities in India,” set the tone for a wide-ranging discussion on legal safeguards, civil liberties and the responsibilities of democratic institutions.

Presiding over the ceremony, Maulana Khalid Saifullah Rehmani, Vice President of AIMC and President of the All India Muslim Personal Law Board, stressed the need for stronger public awareness on constitutional protections.
“India’s strength lies in its commitment to justice and equality,” Rehmani said. “Courts remain a vital pillar for those seeking fair treatment, especially minorities whose constitutional rights must never be compromised.”
