On August 15, 2025, the CMA Group of Institutions—spanning from nursery to degree colleges—came alive in a vibrant, soul-stirring celebration of India’s 79th Independence Day. Against the backdrop of fluttering tricolours, educators, students, and administrators stood united in pride, patriotism, and the promise of a brighter tomorrow.
Flag Hoisting: A Constellation of Institutional Unity
Dawn broke to the ceremonial sound of the national anthem echoing across four CMA campuses—Abbas Khan PU, Degree & PG College for Women (Cubbonpet), CMA’s MS Polytechnic College (Yeshwantpur), CMA PU College for Women (Kavalbyrasandra), and Mominpura Higher Primary School (Chamrajpet). The tricolour ascended, held aloft by office bearers and administrators, symbolizing shared purpose and national unity.
Mohammed Farooq, President of CMA, reflected on the moment: “As the flag unfurled, I felt the powerful reminder that education is not just about knowledge—but about nurturing patriots who carry forward the legacy of freedom.”

From rhythmic chants to soulful songs, cultural performances across all institutions showcased India’s dazzling diversity. At Abbas Khan PU College, young performers in vibrant attire danced to folk tunes that echoed unity in diversity.
