Madhya Pradesh Champions Sustainable Tourism, Enlists Digital Creators as Brand Ambassadors
Bhopal: In a strategic move to showcase its diverse and pristine destinations to a global audience, the Madhya Pradesh Tourism Board successfully convened an ‘MPT Influencer Meet,’ bringing together prominent digital content creators from across the country. The event underscored the state’s commitment to promoting tourism that harmoniously balances economic growth with environmental conservation.
A Delicate Balance: Eco-Sensitivity Meets Economic Opportunity
Setting the tone for the event, Mr. Shiv Shekhar Shukla, Additional Chief Secretary for Tourism, Culture, and Home, emphasized the state’s unique approach. He articulated a vision where tourism development goes hand-in-hand with preserving the state’s natural heritage.
“Tourism is being promoted in Madhya Pradesh while maintaining environmental sensitivity,” Mr. Shukla stated. “There is a wonderful balance between environment and tourism here, and content creators should showcase this beauty to the world.”
He further highlighted the sector’s broader impact, noting, “Tourism also strengthens the economy and creates employment opportunities. Creators should keep all these aspects in mind and travel with all their heart and bring global recognition to these destinations through their creativity.”
Weaving a Narrative of Culture and Craftsmanship
