Ragini Sharma\u2019s life is a story of perseverance, dignity, and quiet strength. Born on 8 March 1980 in Aligarh, Uttar Pradesh<\/strong>, into a middle-class family, she grew up in a home rooted in discipline, equality, and strong values. Her father, Shiv Dutt Sharma, a hardworking businessman, and her mother, Kamalesh Sharma, a devoted homemaker, raised their children without gender bias. Ragini and her sister were encouraged to dream, learn, and stand equal to their brothers\u2014an upbringing that shaped her fearless outlook on life.<\/p>\n

She completed her schooling at Blue Bird Higher Secondary School in Aligarh. Later, the family shifted to Bengaluru, where she pursued PUC at Bishop Cotton Women\u2019s College and graduated in Nutrition and Dietetics<\/strong> from VHD College. However, life soon tested her resilience. Her father\u2019s business collapsed, and the responsibility of sustaining the household fell on her shoulders. She began working as a jewellery shop salesperson for just \u20b92,000 per month, while also taking weekend promotional work to support the family. During this period, her mother suffered a heart attack, and despite financial hardship, Ragini managed the crisis with faith, honesty, and courage.<\/p>\n

Gradually, she progressed professionally, working as a manager in a company and later marrying Sagar B. N., a mechanical engineer and fitness professional, in 2010. Even after marriage, she chose to continue working, eventually joining Mahindra as an Assistant Manager. Motherhood in 2012 brought joy but also profound sorrow when she lost her mother soon after. A severe slip-disc surgery left her bedridden for months, yet she refused to surrender. Instead, she completed a Diploma in Teacher Training<\/strong> and began teaching at a preschool.<\/p>\n

Determined to be independent, she started a coaching center from her home, teaching students from LKG to 10th standard. The center flourished through discipline and dedication. When the pandemic halted classes, she reinvented herself again by launching an online business, proving adaptability in adversity.<\/p>\n

An Abhaya Bravery Awardee<\/strong>, Ragini believes true empowerment lies in self-reliance. She lives by a simple philosophy: do good, and goodness returns.<\/em> Her dream is that no woman should feel helpless or dependent. Guided by the support of her father and husband, she continues to learn, grow, and help others\u2014showing that courage is not always loud; sometimes, it is the steady determination to rise every single day.<\/p>\n
